On this page, I'll include one or more sets of instructions that may help others get involved in or become a trike builder

I'll try to make my instructions easy to scan, but also as specific as possible. Where appropriate, I'll include pictures that illustrate the steps. Because of copyrights i will display what i can without stepping on toes.  

The Begining

Get vehicle you want to use.   personally i used a 1975 Voltswagon beetle

Step 2: Cut the transaxle section from vehicle.  Or purchase all new parts for transaxle

Step 3.   cut template pieces for steel and cut your steel using your template.  Or make your own template and frame design.

My dementions and every thing i used for my template are on Slacker G's Trike.  

Step 4.   weld frame components together and take your time and proper weld procedures.  took me around 4 hours to weld clean and prime.   Weld steps are on Slacker G's. Another is on Rays Trike Projest

Step 5.   WhiLe waiting for sand blasting measure diam. of rear wheels and make dementions of rear fender casts for fiberglass fenders.  you can make any shape you like this is what i decided to do.

These are ruff cut and need to trim, but get the idea will be more radical when done

Step 6.     Here are my ruff cut triple trees.  need tobe trimmed and milled down to completion.  will be doing soon.  must get trimming done first.

triple trees can be of any design but i used all demen0tions from big yella. thats why no demention

5. 220 lincoln mig welder
6. 36" & 6" combo stand grinder
7. portable band saw
8. chop saw
9. hand file

11. various wrenches and cockets
12. cutting torch
13. c-clamps
14. welding clamps
15. welding magnets
16. 6" bench grinder
17. machinest scale
